Can I trial the Integration function?

The Integrations module allows you to integrate with Sage50, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, QuickBooks Online, Xero, MYOB AccountRightLive, Fathom and Excel. It’s a great feature for you to build your Chart of Accounts quickly, and to bring in Actuals into Castaway.

Your 30-day trial licence gives you access to all software functions, except the Print and Export to Excel feature.

Integrations are included as an add-on to your trial licence But to register your trial licence, please submit your Machine ID to our Customer Success team

Machine IDs are unique alphanumeric identifiers that Castaway generates upon installation.

After installing Castaway, please report your Machine ID as follows:

1. Open your Castaway software
2. Select Help > Report Machine ID

It automatically opens your default email where [e-mail] is the recipient. You will just need to click ‘Send’ to forward your Machine ID details to us.

Another way of reporting your Machine ID is:

1. Open your Castaway software
2. Select Help > About Castaway> More
3. Click Copy to Clipboard
4. Paste the licence data directly into a fresh email and send it to [e-mail]
