What happens to my Castaway data after my evaluation ends?

Castaway offers a 30-day evaluation period to help you try out the software and reach a confident purchasing decision. The 30 days start the first time you open Castaway.  

We offer you access to the complete software functionality during the full period of your evaluation with the aim to assist you in determining if Castaway will help you achieve your business and advisory goals.  While evaluating Castaway, we restrict printing and exporting reports.  This functionality is activated once you purchase your licenses.

Castaway is currently offered only as an on-premise solution, so no data is stored on our servers. When your 30-day FREE trial has expired, or it has been expired for other reasons, you will no longer have access to Castaway, but your data files and documents remain with you in your saved destination, much like Word or Excel files. 

If you choose to purchase and subscribe to Castaway, you will be able to continue to work on any file you have saved. You will even be able to upgrade your files when you upgrade your software in the future.
