I have a desktop licence, do I have a Castaway Cloud account?

Recently, you may have spotted the Sign-In button on out website. This is for our new Castaway Cloud product.

Castaway Cloud is a separate product from Castaway Desktop and is not directly linked to exiting Castaway Desktop licences. It has it's own online sign in portal where you can access using your own login credentials.

If you have a Castaway Desktop licence, you do not by default have a Castaway Cloud account.

To use the Sign-In button to access Castaway Cloud, you'll first need to register for an account which can be done at this link
Once you register for an account, a free 14-day trial of Castaway Cloud will begin. We would recommend signing up for a trial only if you are genuinely interested in Cloud or if your schedule permits you to do so. We would love for you to explore Castaway Cloud and the features it offers.

Please note, Castaway Desktop is installed locally and does not require login details. So if you're looking to use Castaway Desktop, you only need to open the program.
