How to: Import more than 12 months data from Xero

By default, Castaway's Xero integration loads the most recent 12 months of data (including the current month). 

If you want to load data for more (or less) months:

• go to Forecast > External Sources and Launch the Xero integration
• after the logon process, the External Sources screen appears
• find the Load Months area at the bottom of the screen and set the spinner to the correct number of months

Note that the current month is always included in the data load, regardless of how far the month you are. This allows you to perform intra-month reporting easily.
