For most people, the Machine ID (licence identification for Castaway) won’t change when you upgrade to Castaway 2019. If this is the case, and you don't have any issues, there is nothing for you to do.
If your machine ID changes, our audit process should identify this and our Support Team will look after everything.
If you are still concerned we have not licenced you properly, please go to the top right hand corner of Castaway, click on the Question Mark [HELP] “?”.
Then click on “Report machine ID”. Your licence information should be appended to a pre-formatted e-mail our Support team can work with.
