The upgrade popup is not working for me. Where is the link?

When you open an earlier version of Castaway, (v 2020.1.1012.1 or before), a popup should appear with a link to the download page.

 

We have recently deprecated prior versions and, in February 2023, have determined that there is no longer a requirement to maintain or support versions earlier than v2021.

 

We have always recommended you use the latest version of Castaway.

 

If you do not see the popup appear, you will need to use the standard evaluation download process from the Getting Started page on our website (www.castawayforecasting.com) to download the latest version.

You can add your details, then follow the instructions to download your new software. The small amount of personal information we ask for helps identify you as a licenced user. This enables us to manage your licence and add-ons properly.
