If you are not using the latest official release version of Castaway, a popup message may appear, perhaps something like:
"there seems to be a problem with your licence, please contact our support team"
If you do see this, you may still have an older version of Castaway on your computer or server, or you may have multiple versions of Castaway on your system and opened an older one.
The steps you should take to organise your Castaway workspace are:
1. Remove all older versions of Castaway - versions earlier than v2021;
2. Open your *.pxif, *.pxic etc files in Castaway v2021 and they will refresh for you
3. If you discover you don't have v2021 on your system, you may download it from HERE.
4. Our Customer Success team will provision the software for you, but if you don't mind taking one more quick step by reporting your Machine ID to assist us, your participation in the process can sometimes speed it up.
