Castaway is licenced to individual named users. We take this requirement seriously and you should expect us to take action if we find non-registered users working with Castaway. To avoid disruption, it's important to keep your list of licenced users up to date.
To transfer a Castaway licence to another user, email our Support team (email@example.com) with the following:
- Name, email address and Machine ID of the outgoing Castaway user
- Name, email address and Machine ID of the incoming Castaway user (if already installed on the new user's computer)
- Whether you need instructions for installing Castaway on a different computer for the new user
Our support team will help you install Castaway on the new computer (if required), then transfer the licence and confirm when the process is complete.
